Donations to this month’s Special Mission Offering at Asbury Church will benefit Feeding Westchester.
Feeding Westchester is a food bank dedicated to supplying nutritious food to children, seniors and families. With over 300 partners and over 229,000 monthly neighbor visits, the organization’s mission is “to ensure that everyone has access to food, securing the resources for a better tomorrow.”
The potential loss of SNAP benefits, on which roughly 8% of Westchester County residents depend for food, makes your generous support of this offering all the more important.
Proceeds from Asbury’s annual Pie Auction, scheduled for Sunday, November 23, will also benefit Feeding Westchester.
